1. All goods remain the property of PC2 COMPUTERS until paid for in full.

2. All new goods carry a 12 month return to base warranty, unless an at home warranty is supplied by a specific manufacturer, in which case the customer will be responsible for registering these warranties with the manufacturer. We have been asked by our suppliers not to intervene in these cases as it could render the manufacturer’s warranty null and void. These goods can be returned to us directly within a 14 day initial period for a refund or replacement at our discretion and will be returned to our supplier. After this 14 day period the warranty must be claimed through the manufacturers own warranty.

3. All goods returned in good order for a refund will carry a 10% re stocking fee and will be tested before any refund can be made. Postage will not be refunded.

4. All goods returned under warranty will be tested before a replacement can be given. All goods not found faulty will incur a £10 test fee to cover our labour charges and loss of production.

5. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Goods are sold on an availability basis. First come first served. If goods are ordered due to stock levels being low, you will receive your goods at the first available opportunity, and will take preference over newer orders.

7. All posted goods will be sent recorded delivery and must be signed for on receipt, please check your goods on receipt, before you sign for them. Any loses or damages will be claimed for via the currier.
